A quality process from start to finish

From distributing and installing garden buildings across the UK for over 20 years, we know it's not just a quality product but an efficient, stress-free process from start to finish that our customers value.

We give our customers the freedom to be as involved (or not!) in the process from order to installation as they please. When you purchase one of our buildings, you can use our turnkey service of base work, delivery, installation, electrics & planning applications (if necessary), or opt for a DIY project with the knowledge that we're always here to give advice during the build.

Bespoke design

At Garden Affairs, we understand every garden is unique. Over 20 years, we've tailored buildings to fit diverse needs and spaces.

Planning

Typically, garden building installation doesn't need planning approval. Yet, regulations exist to minimise neighbourhood impact.

Base work

Traditionally, garden building bases were concrete slabs. Now, our eco-friendly deck base suits various preferences and terrains.

Delivery

With a variety of delivery options available we can deliver garden buildings to most parts of the UK. The delivery method and cost depend on your location.

Assembly options

Many of our buildings can be delivered as a DIY package and assembled as a fun project, or you can sit back and let the pros take care of it.

Electrics

Use your garden building all year round - as an office, studio, or accommodation by adding electrics for heating, lighting, and power.

Payment options

We offer two payment options; a two-part payment of deposit and balance, or you can split the payments with one of our finance options.

Educational / Commercial

Our insulated timber buildings are a cost-effective, low-stress alternative to finding new premises and can provide year-round space for commercial use.
